mikelbyl on "[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] og:image fallback not picking up the correct size"

I'm working with a newly installed site in my multi-site setup and as always I've specified a fallback image to specify in the open graph codes that are output to the head items of the site.

However, exceptionally this time the system is not picking up the actual size of the image Ive specified using the functions.php code that has been provided to do this. In the past, it would happily and automatically find the correct image size.

Now, on the other hand, it seems to no longer be picking up the info and so the og:image:height value is set to 512 - which I see in the plugin code seems to be the default.

Any idea what's going on with this? I suppose the easiest fix would just be to specify the output for those tags in functions.php along with the image selection logic that's already there - but I don't know what I would add to the code to do this.

When you made changes to the "Homepage" did you clicked the update button?

If so, then, are you using any caching plugins or some sort of CDN to serve your site's pages?

Hi,

Could you let me know whether the PHP version is 5.3 or above?
Since Edwiser Bridge is now compatible with PHP server version 5.3 and above.

Maybe the issue that you are facing could be due to the older version of PHP on your site.

This should work for you.

If you have any queries then do mail us at helpdesk@wisdmlabs.com

EWB,
That worked perfectly!

Now I'm having another problem though. When I press reset password on this page:
http://www.designisgrowth.com/ccwp/forgot-your-password/

I'm receiving this via my email:
Greetings from Captain's Clique
Somebody requested a password reset for you. If this wasn't you, you can ignore this mail.
If you want to reset the password, please visit http://www.designisgrowth.com/ccwp/?add=designisgrowth%40gmail.com&rc=U9mgmlE2gkjpCks
If the link above doesn't work, go to http://www.designisgrowth.com/ccwp/ and enter your email address and the following code:
U9mgmlE2gkjpCks

But when I click on any of those links it just takes me to the homepage. Is there something I'm not doing right? Do I need to create another reset password page of some sort?

Thanks for your help! After this we're done!
Daniel

Good to know that it's not an isolated event. I was starting to think I had too much to drink :P

I'm having the same issues too - only in the comments section. And they're there in the comment management section; so quite obviously some sort of update issue.

I don't like the rule of 50 in this new version. I know you guys did to avoid server overload or something like that but better you guys should try total file size limit type of rule.

.tlp-single-details ul.contact-info{display:none;}

Hope this will solve your problem.

bcwash on "Adding Domain Later or Now?"

Okay so I am very new to wordpress and am not that great with computer terms, so bear with me..
I want to create a site that has way more functionality than what I am using now (my site is through Wix currently), which is why I want to use wordpress. It sounds like it would be best if I transfer my domain to a different host (I was thinking siteground) for better speed and performance of my site. So my question is, do I need to do that first before I start re-creating my site, or am I able to build the site on wordpress now and then transfer my domain over to a different host when I am ready so that I don't have any downtime with my site? Also, how do you go about adding the domain/host to wordpress? (is that in the wp-config file?)
currently I have it set up to a database I created on localhost, and am worried that if I spend all this time creating a site before transferring the domain over, it will end up erasing everything somehow.

You can write css in style file by using id of that section(name & email), as like
#scf_name scf-email{
font-family: monospace;
font-size:13px
}

Hi,

As of now with Edwiser Bridge, you could only sell Moodle courses.

You won't be able to bring the services that you have mentioned to WordPress as of now through Edwiser Bridge.
Since these services are already present in Moodle we feel your students could avail them in Moodle site itself.

By which your WordPress site will become your front-end to market and sell Moodle courses online.
Whereas the Moodle site will be where the complete learning process will take place among your students.

Regards,
Team WisdmLabs
